The word bra comes from the French word "soutien" which means "support, support" and is a type of clothing worn by women, serving to protect and support women's breasts.

- High intensity
Light Intensity can be used throughout the day providing comfort and support, for example, low intensity activities, Yoga, Pilates or walking.
Medium Intensity has more coverage and compression to keep everything in place. They are ideal for medium impact training, running, lifting or cycling, for example.
High intensity , shape, support and compression. Firm fit for running, jumping, throwing training.
Some come with pads to accommodate the breasts. The pads in sports bras can be removable or non-removable .
Some tops have adjustable straps and hooks . Others have a zipper to provide a high level of support and ease of dressing and undressing.
Finally, the back of a sports bra can be of the Racerback type, which will provide more stability and postural support.
