Size Guide
Step by step to measure:
🧘 Chest (or bust):
1. Stand with your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, usually at the level of your nipples.
3. The tape should be straight and level across your back, parallel to the floor.
4. Breathe normally and do not fill your chest with air.
5. Read the number where the tape meets. This is your bust measurement.
🧵 Waist:
1. Stand up straight with your body relaxed and your feet together.
2. Find your natural waist:
This is the thinnest part of your torso, usually about 2 to 3 fingers above your belly button and below your ribs. Here's a tip: lean your torso slightly to the side — the crease that forms is where your natural waistline lies.
3. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at this point.
4. The tape should be snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.
5. Don't suck in your stomach! Breathe normally and read the number.
🍑 Hip:
1. Stand with your feet together and your body relaxed.
2. Find the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
Typically, it is about 20 cm below the waist, but this varies from person to person.
3. Wrap the tape measure around this widest part.
4. Make sure the tape is level and straight around your body, parallel to the floor.
5. Do not tighten the tape too much, and do not leave it loose.
6. Read the measurement at the point where the tape meets.
👖 Leg length (inseam):
Option 1: Measuring directly on the body
1. Stand with your legs straight and feet slightly apart.
2. Ask someone for help (it's hard to do it alone).
3. Place the measuring tape at the beginning of the inner thigh, at the highest point of the crotch (where the pants seam begins).
4. Measure to the base of the ankle (or to the desired length of the pants).
5. Write down the value in centimeters.
Option 2: Wearing pants that fit well
1. Grab a pair of pants that you like the fit of.
2. Spread it out on a flat surface.
3. Measure from the crotch (center seam) to the hem of the leg.
4. This is the crotch length.
💪 How to measure arm length:
1. Keep your arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent (as if you were going to rest your hand on your waist).
2. Place the measuring tape at the point where your shoulder meets your arm (the shoulder seam of your shirt, or the most prominent bone in your shoulder).
3. Run the tape along your arm to the end of your wrist bone (or where you want the sleeve to end).
4. If the sleeve is long, end at the wrist bone, at the base of the hand.
