This document establishes the pre-contractual information relating to contracts concluded remotely, through the address www.sevenfit.pt referred to in article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, and all subdomains, digital applications or sub-websites. Sevenfit is the representation of Ana Filipa Costa, with NIF 235607177, with registered office at Rua Aquilino Ribeiro Bloco A 1ºdto, 2950-782 Quinta do Anjo, Palmela.
Sevenfit reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice, advising users to check it frequently.
Both browsing and purchasing through the website and/or digital applications presupposes acceptance of the present information and practices described in this document and of Exchanges and Returns. Online sales are valid and applicable to the territories of Mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos and Countries belonging to the European Union.
Availability of Article(s)
The sale of the item(s) online does not effectively guarantee the existence of stock available in real time at the time of purchase and, given the fact that a portion of our items are manufactured abroad, we appreciate your understanding regarding delivery times.
If the desired item(s) are not available, whether permanently or temporarily, and the estimated delivery time exceeds the time indicated in the online store, Sevenfit will immediately contact the customer by telephone or email, indicating the expected date for the respective replacement. According to the information provided, it will be up to the customer to decide whether to continue or cancel the respective purchase.
Please be advised that some items available in the online store are subject to order from the supplier, the delivery times communicated are estimates and, in the event of which, Sevenfit is not responsible for any delays that may occur in orders.
Whenever the necessary conditions for delivery of items in a single shipment are not met, whether due to delay or momentary unavailability of a part of the order, Sevenfi will carry out a phased delivery, with the customer being informed in advance by email.
Sevenfit only ships orders on working days. Therefore, weekends and holidays are not taken into account when estimating delivery times. In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative.
At the time of delivery, the customer must check that the packaging is in perfect condition. In the event of deformity, visible defect or error in the product ordered, the customer must refuse the order to the courier of the transport company, filling in the form provided for these cases, indicating the problem found.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been delivered, when the person responsible is present at the agreed address and signs for it.
The delivery of the item(s) will be made to the address indicated at the time of purchase. In the event of delivery not being completed due to the absence of someone responsible for receiving it, due to the characteristics of the delivery location or due to the volume and weight of the order, the carrier will issue a warning note or contact you to coordinate the day and time of the new delivery.
To make purchases through our online store and, after selecting the desired item(s), Sevenfit does not require the customer to register in advance and obligatorily, which does not imply the need to fill in the form available at the cart checkout and expressly accept this legal information, available for consultation on the website www.sevenfit.pt
To optimize security, all purchase transactions are carried out in strict confidentiality and encrypted using the SSL protocol.
If the customer wishes to make more purchases in our online store in the long term, they may choose the “Create account” option, associating a password with the email address provided in this form, which will allow them to save billing, shipping and contact details for future purchases, and create an account with the combination of said credentials.

If you prefer to pay by Multibanco, the online store will send you an entity, a reference and the amount of your order to your email, which you can pay at any ATM (or via Homebanking). Example: Entity 12474 Reference 834 000 000 Amount €00.01 The payment details generated for each order are valid for 3 days after the date on which it was generated.

Sevenfit reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: Products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information presented in our online store is free from typographical errors and whenever these occur, Sevenfit will correct them as soon as possible.
If the photographs of the item(s) do not correspond to the information described, please contact Sevenfit to clarify any doubts.
The photographs of the items available in the online store are as accurate as possible, with a view to identically reproducing the item(s) as they are in reality. However, Sevenfit warns of slight differences between the photographs and the final item(s), which may occur due to differences in packaging, labeling or color deviation due to monitor calibration reasons.
If the information presented does not correspond to the actual characteristics of the item(s), the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under applicable legal terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In Portugal, Portuguese Laws apply, with the parties submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts.
